Please take a moment to read my Terms of Service before placing an order. These guidelines are here to ensure a smooth, enjoyable and transparent commission process for both of us.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms below.•GENERAL
• Please provide clear and high-quality references of the character(s) you'd like me to draw.• I reserve the right to decline any commission that I'm uncomfortable with or feel is outside of my abilities.• Please be respectful and patient throughout the commission process.• Personal commissions are intended for personal use unless commercial rights have been discussed beforehand.•PAYMENTS
• Full payment is required before I begin working on your commission.• I currently accept payments through PayPal and Yape.• Weekly Artist Hire commissions are the only exception. These projects require a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.• Your commission slot will be reserved for 24 hours after confirmation. If payment isn't received within that period, your slot may be released and offered to another client.•REVISIONS
• Up to 3 free revisions are included during the sketch stage.• 1 free revision is included during the rendering stage.• Additional major revisions after the sketch has been approved will incur an additional fee equal to 30% of the original commission price.• Corrections resulting from my own mistakes (missing details, incorrect colors, forgotten accessories, etc.) are always free of charge.Please note: Requesting a progress update (WIP) is not considered a revision.•TURNAROUND TIME
• Most commissions are completed within 2 to 2.5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload.• I cannot guarantee an exact completion date unless it has been discussed and agreed upon beforehand.• Rush commissions may be available depending on my schedule.Rush Fees:• Delivery within 2–3 days → +50%• Next-day delivery → +100%• Same-day commissions are not available.As I'm currently a university student, occasional delays may happen during exams or unexpected personal circumstances. If this ever happens, I'll always keep you updated.•WORK IN PROGRESS (WIPs)
• I'll send progress updates approximately every 3 days while working on your commission.• You're also welcome to ask for additional updates at any time.• Progress updates do not count as revisions.•REFUNDS• Full refunds are available if I haven't started your commission.• If work has already begun, only 50% of the total payment can be refunded.• Finished commissions are non-refundable.• Any unfinished artwork—including sketches, lineart or work-in-progress files—remains my intellectual property and may not be used, published, edited or distributed after a refund has been issued.•DELIVERY• Finished artwork will be delivered in PNG format.• Transparent background versions will be included whenever applicable.• Artwork is delivered in high resolution, usually 3000px or larger.• Icons and emotes will be delivered at their appropriate dimensions.You'll receive:• A clean version.• A signed version.•PORTFOLIO & PRIVACYUnless requested otherwise, I reserve the right to showcase commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media and commission galleries.If you'd like your commission to remain private, a +5% Privacy Fee will be added to the total price.Private commissions will never be shared publicly without your permission.•COMMUNICATIONI currently communicate with clients and manage commissions through Discord.My VGen page is currently coming soon and will become available for commissions in the future! ♡If you have any questions before commissioning me, feel free to contact me through Discord. •PERSONAL USEYou may use your commission for:• Profile pictures
• Banners
• Wallpapers
• Printing for personal use
• Posting on social media (credit is appreciated!)✖ Not Allowed• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Removing my signature or watermark without permission.
• Using the artwork for AI training, machine learning datasets, NFTs or similar technologies.
• Reselling or redistributing the artwork.
• Using the artwork commercially without purchasing the appropriate commercial license.•COMMERCIAL USEArtwork used for:• YouTube
• Twitch
• Streaming
• Social media branding
• Personal online contentdoes not require an additional commercial fee.I simply ask that you let me know how the artwork will be used beforehand.MerchandiseIf the artwork will be reproduced and sold as physical merchandise—including but not limited to stickers, keychains, acrylic stands, pillows, mugs, apparel, prints or similar products— a +100% Commercial License Fee will be added to the commission price.
This commercial license grants permission to manufacture and sell products featuring the commissioned artwork.
Copyright and authorship of the artwork will always remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Commercial rights are only granted for the purpose discussed before the commission. If the intended use changes in the future, please contact me first.
